Get it on the App Store
Download the compiled app
Compile from source

Then:

Run the application (you can quit it after this)
Open System Preferences
Open the Extensions pane
Find Comment Spell Checker and enable Xcode Source Editor extension
Select a .swift file in Xcode and choose Editor -> Comment Wrapper
